125kg 8x3 decided to switch to sumo and these are a millions times better suited for me and it was ideal to practice with this light session.

They were way to light tbf but gave me a chance to work on technique. It starts getting heavy from next week so should be a bit more of a challenge

Well this didn't go to plan, 2 sets in and tweeked something in my lower back so that was it for the deadlift session just went on and did some lat pulldowns and machine row and called it a day.

Ive not struggled with any other movement as much as I have with deadlifts, I will get there or cripple myself tryingGrin

Well I'm really no expert but if you want to pop down I can give you an honest opinion, maybe some suggestions, or maybe brave the storm...put up a video for the suggdeners to view, and critique, Happy

Yeah maybe worth doing could do with spending sometime with someone 1 on 1 to help me out on it.

Lower back still playing me up so didn’t squat today just hit a leg blast session
