Block Pull 135kg 2x5 Deficits 115kg 3x8 Barbell row 115kg 3x10 Machine row 3x10-15 Missed a couple of exercises off to watch the footy at dinner time, wish I hadn't bothered now was in a foul mood most of the day lol | ||
