I feel your pain on that slingshot miss groove did that reppin 180 and missed the line on the 4th rep, new pants pleaseEek

I had a foreign lad spotting me on the 200 which I think put me off as he was reaching out for the bar and I was watching him more than where the bar was going on my chest, first time I’ve used a slingshot in a long while it was good to give it a whirl again

Yes my slingshot has been relegated to the bottom of my gym back for some time now, could be time to dust it off lol, I get it with the spotter I've got to give credit where credit is due Ben is actually quite good thats If I can get him to do it that is, I feel as though he is not keen sometimes Happy

It’s usually young lads in the gym typically when I’m doing my heavier stuff no matter how many times you say don’t touch the bar unless I say they always end up grabbing the bar lol, I’m liking the training at the mo as each Max effort day you change the exercise aswell as the assistance keeps training fresh

That's awesome work That 150 x10 over 3 sets has got to =200 maybe a touch more great work,bet you felt that the day after.

Never done these before took a few sets to get my balance set in but quite enjoyable, hit all reps with a pause and was close to hitting 170 for a triple but just missed it
