Many, many misses, few bombs. Our man from Cyprus missed 151 first go, hit it second. Sitting in first at 276, second place is 273, third place I think is 270, perhaps shared between 2 people. Only him and the 273 man are in there still. Gareth Evans currently in 4th from the B group because of all the fails - great stuff!

Last lifter just starting now, 156. He needs 162 to win. David vs Goliath. Misses first clean with 156 for an attempt at bronze, bodes well for our man. 20 failures in this competition so far, 17 in the clean and jerk - there are only 10 men in the class!
