By my reckoning (purely based on entry totals, which can mean nothing): Shaun Clegg (Eng) and Chris Freebury (Eng) in the hunt for a Bronze at 69 Zoe Smith (Eng) battling it out with Michaela Breeze (Wal) for Gold at 58 Sarah Davies (Eng) and Emily Godley (Eng) in the hunt with 3 others for Gold at 63 Jack Oliver (Eng) in the mix for a Bronze at 77 Rebekah Tyler (Eng) in with a chance of Bronze at 69 (at 15 YO!) Mercy Brown (Eng) snapping at the heals of those fighting for Bronze at 75 Owen Boxall (Eng) and Sonny Webster (Eng) in the mix with Peter Kirkbride (Sco) for Bronze at 94 If the Home Countries can come away with 6 over all medals (or more) I think it would be a resounding success, and hopefully help strengthen BWL's position in their future funding bid!! I really like the current crop of top lifters we have got in the UK, all credit to them!!!

Very impressive!! | ||

Yeah, it's usually his jerk that lets him down for me; but if he has a blinder and others dont, he could be in with a shout!

I think I must have made that up, as I cant find anything to corroborate my statement. I think I am confusing myself with his 3rd place at last years European Juniors, which is still a top notch achievement.
