I far prefer ready break as opposed to porridge oats which fill me up before i can finish the bowl. Who prefers what and is there any nutritional difference?

Probably, I used tesco instant oats I think they were called. Just like ready brek. Easy to eat and mixed well in shakes. I love oats, but they dont like me, so had to stop

I would agree with that, but I was using it at the time purely for getting calories in, so I wanted to feel hungry again Happy

i dont like the fast oats, they put something in it that screws the taste up.

I got it wrong, it's morn flake, just like chaos said....it makes really creamy porridge and it's very quick. I couldn't tell you if it's rip off ready brek, I've
got no idea how much they cost.

me n ready brek dont see eye to eye. i prefer the taste though i can never get it right in the microwave, usually comes out cold in middle so put back in n it explodes everywhere leaving me with 1 spoon left n the bottom of bowl n a big mess to clear up for all my efforts lol. now i stick to morrisons instant hot oats, very similar in taste etc but a lil easier for me to get right n alot cheaper.
