Good confidence builder at the end of a big week of PB littered training, ready for ESM.

Axle PB was good, more there.

Yoke pick ups were awful, practically a half squat. Got up to comp weight, then waddled it a few metres to make sure I could, then ditched it to protect my calf and shins.

Stones were easy today. I wish there were some bigger ones!

Going to do 2 sessions today to break it up around work.

I hate lifting in the mornings! Took me a good 20 minutes to actually get moving, so had to cut my session a bit short Grin
