Cheers Chris in at least dipped my toe in some arse today

Will get some videos up later.

Tldr - 275-207.5-300. 782.5kg total and best lifter. I prepared for the squat like a knob.

Squat

260 - fine
275 - miss (didn't take it seriously)
275 - speed squat (note to self psyche up)

Bench Press

190 - fine
202.5 - bit slow so lowered my third
207.5 - easier than 202.5

Deadlift

260 - easy
285 - grand
300 - three whites - f**k you deadlift!!!

Total - 782.5 (22.5 kg pb total). Apart from being a c**t on the second squat. Overall happy. Won best lifter and my class as well woo.

Weighed in at 117.1 gonna do a 3 week volume block starting this week so will try drop to 110-112

120 is definitely a better weight class for me lets me fill out my height and lack of quads better but my missus isn't into the muscle bear look lol! Think 108-110 is a good weight I'm just as strong but not as seriously obese lol. Cheers Adam.
