Propperly f**ked off only reason I didn't get 800 was attempt selection trained too heavy leading into it for deadlfit and that's why I didn't have the juice for 302. Plenty to work on to pull all three lifts together but happy with the squat and more to work on.

So what are your goals now? 700 total is clearly well out of date. Are you just looking at total or any individual lift records?

Total goal is over 800 next meet, number one target get that to bed to f**k.

Training goals

300 squat
220 pause bench
320 deadlift

Done on the same day.

For meets etc next year I'm going to do one scottish meet and the british, bout the sum of it.

I got best male classic lifter but I'm far more interested in getting 800 to bed, so f**ked off about it.

12-10-8-6 on bench and wg pull up, pump is unreal but I'm not in good shape atm. Maybe do this 1x per week for 3-4 weeks see how I go for a swicth up.
