Mixed bag Squat 70 120 160 200 belt 220 250 Platform 270 www 282.5 www.(+2.5 kg pb) 290 wwr (+10 kg pb) Bench 60 100 140 155 (misload ffs) 180 Platfrom 200 www 210 www 212 rwr (lifted my head and think bar sunk a bit, still pressed it tho, propper arm wrestle) Deadlift 70 120 160 200 Belt 240 260 (smooth but not piss easy) Platform 280 www 302,5 rrr (missed just above the knees) 302,5 rrr (missed just above the knees) Total - 782.5 tie PB Propperly f**ked off only reason I didn't get 800 was attempt selection trained too heavy leading into it for deadlfit and that's why I didn't have the juice for 302. Plenty to work on to pull all three lifts together but happy with the squat and more to work on. | ||

Training goals 300 squat 220 pause bench 320 deadlift Done on the same day. For meets etc next year I'm going to do one scottish meet and the british, bout the sum of it. | ||

Did one of my old favourite chest/back supersets 12-10-8-6 on bench and wg pull up, pump is unreal but I'm not in good shape atm. Maybe do this 1x per week for 3-4 weeks see how I go for a swicth up. | ||
