Been Lax as f**k with this log.

Quick update, didn't register in time for the British classic so can't so it because I was a day late.... wooooo!

Did some maxes due to me being in week 2 of my peaking block and nowhere to use it. So I Squatted 290 (probably more in it), Benched 222 (maybe more in it) and missed a 310 deadlift (carrying to much fatigue for a deadlift max).

100% confident I would have went 290-300 / 215 / 310 in the british if I was doing it but I'm not so f**k it back to the grind.

I am currently a fat c**t but getting stronger so goal is to be less of a fat c**t but still get stronger. Going to stick in the 120s as it's a good weight for me to train at but looking to be 108 in the next 3 months.

Unlucky on missing the registration date. I find the 120 class is so changeable on the day - can be 1 person on 10 utter monsters!

Competition seems to be deeper at 120 in GBPF so I am going to enjoy picking off some lifters on the way to challenging big Tony.... one has to have aims right! Plus screamer is pretty much untouchable for me at 105 861 in that weight class is f**king mental.

I suppose it's probably because I've only ever done regional comps playing a factor in my perception. Damned right aim high! Screamer can't be human, the boys a machine!
