Did some maxes due to me being in week 2 of my peaking block and nowhere to use it. So I Squatted 290 (probably more in it), Benched 222 (maybe more in it) and missed a 310 deadlift (carrying to much fatigue for a deadlift max). 100% confident I would have went 290-300 / 215 / 310 in the british if I was doing it but I'm not so f**k it back to the grind. I am currently a fat c**t but getting stronger so goal is to be less of a fat c**t but still get stronger. Going to stick in the 120s as it's a good weight for me to train at but looking to be 108 in the next 3 months. Week Commencing 26-9-2016 Monday Squat 70 120 160 200 x 3 200 x 3 200 x 3 Bench Press 70 120 150 x 3 150 x 3 150 x 3 Deadlift 220 x 3 220 x 3 220 x 3 Wednesday Squat 70 120 160 200 x 3 200 x 3 200 x 3 Bench Press 70 120 150 x 3 150 x 3 150 x 3 Deadlift 220 x 3 220 x 3 220 x 3 Friday Squat 70 120 160 200 x 3 200 x 3 200 x 3 230 x 3 Bench Press 70 120 150 x 3 150 x 3 150 x 3 180 x 3 Deadlift 220 x 3 220 x 3 220 x 3 250 x 3 Pull up - 4 sets (4,3,2,2). Bodyweight 117.5 at the end of the week. Goal for next Friday 115. | ||
