Went on stag do this weekend got slaughtered and messed my body up in go-karting endurance at Warrington! Back, hips calfs and forearms battered and bruised! 5 days or so for a bit of pre comp R and R !

Is partial to the odd bender. Member 6, 10239 posts SQ 280, BP 192.5, DL 317.5 790.0 kgs @ 102kgs Eq	Should mention that Yoke, Farmers, Log and conans will all be run in order of weights chosen. So for example all 75 loggers will go first then all 105. The order in which you go within your chosen weight group will be in reverse order of overall standing. Its a big field so this will reduce the time spent loading and unloading weights. Sounds complicated as I've written it but its not. Anyone got any questions about that?

All competitors have grafted hard for this and I don't want to have to tell anyone on the day they can't compete for being over.

(i dont mean is a sexy fashion, even though he is sexy) NAILED 160 stone mega fast yoke 15 reps with the 75 log im guessing , like lee , he is naturally good at farmers n conans ..whats left for him to be s**t at ? im gonna get TRAMPLED by these dark horses ,and J-SPAZZ will be riding one of em !!!
