The contest has been registered for drug testing as usual, you can lift either equipped or unequipped but if you are intending setting an british unequipped qualifying total you must declare this. Unequipped british records can only be set at an unequipped contest (we hope to hold the next NW one in Mar/ Apr)

It was my brothers wedding last night on Collins and 30th at south beach, I felt duty bound to wear my Don Johnson style suit. It's fair to say a lot of people must workout on a regular basis here. Ive managed a couple of workouts since I've been here, the gym was just full of hot women with implants on the treadmills so it didn't take long for me to firm up!
I called in at the old gym I used to train at in Kissimmee and they had held a contest there a few weeks ago with almost 60 lifters present.
