Head not in it. 175kg x 1 was meant to be 5, but my body and mind had both given up on life Pull Ups BW x 5 BW x 5 BW x 5 Incline Dumbell Flyes 15kg x 5 x 3 sets Tricep Pushdowns 6 plates x 5 6 plates x 5 6 plates x 5 Shrugs Weighed in at 93.3kg Worst workout I've had for a while. The component stuff works I'm sure, but not for me if I don't do the normal lifts alongside I think. | ||

First time I've gone over 160kg since I did 260kg 15 months ago (apart from the 170kg band stuff last week).
