safety is the most important reason - rarely comes to it, but when it does you will be glad to have good spotters.

But the everyday benefit is encouragement, and the feeling of safety - so you can just focus on the lifting.

OSG has tons of great spotters IMO - and goos spotting breeds good spotting when people learn from each other.

I've saved a few skulls and spines by spotting. Never really had a problem with it.

and this can make all the difference when going for PBs. Not only that, if you're not firing, it can make lifts at 90-95% doable on days when you feel like just going home.

ive never used spotters and probably never will. i cant lift heavy enough to cause any damage anyway

i blacked out at the southern u90's qualifier and dropped the log accross both my knees.

funny thing was that i had a spotter.
