I read that Pisarenko jerked 260 for a double out of racks. That being said, if anyone has jerked more from racks than 270, it wont be by much!! Most impressive thing of all is that the 270 jerk, 400x3 deadlift, 290 no hands squat, and a 190 snatch were all in a single workout!!! | ||

There undoubtably would have been others as Russia have a great tradition of supersized weightlifters I did see him lift at a world senior weightlifting championships, 190kg snatch bombed out... He didn't look anywhere near as strong or as well muscled as he does now from when I saw him | ||

Excellent domestic competition, the Russian nationals and the Chinese nationals are as good as most continental competition if not better! | ||
