The carbs that are being cut out are generally the bland tasting foods - there's plenty you can do to spice up you food if you wish on a LCHF diet

do you have carb day or dont you bother with them iv read it can take 3-4 days to get back in to ketosis so thinking of doing a carb day every 10 or 14 days insted of every 7 days. What do you find best?

i use sat as my car day as most comps are on sundays, i have about 400g pro 200g of carbs a day with about 6000 kcal a day, but i drink alot of milk and thats were mt carbs come from,

Butter's a great way to improve foods as well as cheese, unless you live in Norway at the moment. Apparently the "low-carb-crazed dieters" have caused a butter shortage in Norway.
