sub 1:30 is excellent for 500m , i managed 1:33 ..but them extra 3 seconds will take aloit of effort !!

Training close to home at min, got enough equipment and quite most the time.

Bore - 500 nearly killed me, can't wait to try the REAL test of 2000 metres soon, even though my first pull I will be regretting it. Lol

Felt hard holding on my invisible chest.

Strict

Incline Dumbell Press
17.5kg x 20 reps
25kg x 10
30kg x 10
35kg x 8
40kg x 3
45kg x 3
50kg x 2 PB

Top to Bottom Set
20kg x 10 reps x 7 sets.
Start top position on bench and each set drop it one knotch till you flat.

Few Lateral Raises and off to work.

Going to do 5-8 weeks at 70%ish for 5x5 and assitance work then try for new PB's.

Shoulder rehab 20 mins

Was going to do events Sunday but going to leave it for Aston Monday.

Plan for Aston, Log, Deadlift, Sandbag and some sled maybe.

Got a huge load op personal s**t at the moment and probably get worse the next few weeks but the most important things are going well (Wife and Soon to be born Baby Shawn)

Monday

Sled Drag 40-50 metres, Farmers 50kg 40-50 metres and 4 item load (Keg,3 stones).
Did 4-6 sets of these, felt good but a killer on cardio.

Tyre Flip x 6 reps 2 sets

Log Press
Messed around few reps between 3-10 full reps for 6 sets.
The 10 repper was hard on the breathing.

Seen Joni, Sean, Tom? Nice to chat up and have a little chat and ended up doing some push press/jerks.
Did few singles working up from 40KG to PB 120kg

Thanks to Mark Clegg and can't wait to be back.
