Felt ok today, pressing felt nice, hard not to push it but trying to train smart. Bench weight is easy but my chest still doesn't feel right benching. | ||

Thursday Push Press Bar x 25 rep x 5 sets 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 80kg x 5 90kg x 5 100kg x 5 100kg x 5 100kg x 5 100kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 1 (Nice and easy) The 100kg felt a nice working weight, going to stick with it another week or two. Bench Bar 40 reps 40kg x 25 40kg x 25 40kg x 25 40kg x 25 Laterals 10kg x 25 x 4 Push downs 100 reps and off home for chippy. Bodyweight up a tiny bit to 248lbs. 3 lbs over 5 weeks. Lol. | ||

Keeping fingers crossed that I will be able to start Benching a real weight soon, Chest still doesn't feel right in that postion with a barbell. | ||
