Gym sort off died. Not open no more, someone got f**ked off which the owner didn't expect to affect business that much. . . IT did. Lol.

That was the strangest gym about, had some laughs in there and millions of stories but evrything has to come to a end.Unhappy

Felt ok today, pressing felt nice, hard not to push it but trying to train smart. Bench weight is easy but my chest still doesn't feel right benching.

Upright Row machine

Bodyweight up a tiny bit to 248lbs. 3 lbs over 5 weeks. Lol.

Thanks mate, just feel bit s**t when it Squat/Deadlift day and using the same weight as pressing. Lol.

Keeping fingers crossed that I will be able to start Benching a real weight soon, Chest still doesn't feel right in that postion with a barbell.
