Writting a journal until i COMPETE! Tired of not competing in anything for so long.

This is gonna be a powerlifting journal for now i think.

Stats right now
Bodyweight in morning 80.8kg

Back Squat - ??? 190x3 paused at rock bottom a month ago.
Paused bench - 120, few days ago
Deadlift - 250x5 last month

Haven't done much in the last month apart from 3 bench session and a lot of rehab stuff. 2 box squat and deadlift sessions. 1 muscle snatch and muscle clean when i was bored

I'm looking into it still. Deffinately raw, with sleeves... I want to do he one that has an open meet in London, Sept? Just to see what it's all about first and to see if i enjoy it.

Exactly Tom. And like you, i'll still have athletics in the back of my mind.

I'm compiling all the training videos i can find of myself in the last 5-6 years. Going to get back on youtube and tell my pathetic story through a couple of vids. Will show my progression at least

Im having a holiday in a few week to Tenerife. I booked it after my surgery in September....Thought i was going to be great with the jumping and was gonna train out there pre-season.

Did'nt work out! So 3 weeks holiday! Not sure i should think about internationals just yet
