Member 2407, 219 posts | I did a lot of rehab for my hammy with a resistance band. Sitting or lying I could get a good pump at just the right angle.

Thanks for adding this, I have been thinking about it but not go round to buying one. Will do now though. I have been doing SLDL's and good mornings but bloody hard to get them to act as a light pump sort of exercise, they put a huge amount of loading on the muscle is worrisomely straining with how sore, tight & brittle feeling the tendonitis part is.

Banded good mornings - stand on a light band, put it over your head and have it behind the neck - with another band (like how the slingshot 'hip circle' is meant to be used) around the knees? Can be done for very high reps. I use it as hamstring activation before deadlfits.

Get a couple mate. I found using them for isolation work then stretching with them really intense. I did get some cramping if I over did it though.
