When you are calculating whatever you do, don't divide by zero because then the world will blow up.

Why are deadlift heights always from 14 or 18? Is this because of the ease of measuring? (Presumably not for the OP) Has anyone pulled from 17 inches? Is that even possible? Measuring difficulties aside of course.

Lots of different heights are pulled from!

18" is probably a common one because it's double normal height.

Sorry Wayne, I know its your height but 9" can't be considered normal.

Thinking about it, can't be possible to pull from 17 inches?

If anyone has/can it's Tom Martin.

I heard he once pulled from 10 inches

LMFAO...

Truth time. All my 18" pulls measure out closer to 17" than 18". I wanted to join the PB chart though so I hadto lie and say it was 18....

10" has also been done.

I've never tried 7", and I don't think 12's have been done either. To be honest, I'm not sure it's possible. Probably for good reason too. Many a sleepless night have been spent trying to figure out how to 7's and 12's... not a road I would encourage travelling down...

Due to European legislation are we even allowed to measure in inches? I'll stick to cm I think and avoid going to the European courts and being fined. So ill be pulling from approximately 45cm, how high is that?

That little post had the desired result. I prefer to pull from heights measured in cubits.
