such a bitch Member 797, 303 posts SQ 225, BP 147.5, DL 237.5 610.0 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq	Sugden's very own TZ competed in this competition at the weekend. Some impressive numbers across the board, Adam Nash went over 900kg total, and Robbie Rees hit a solid 687.5 RAW total, still as a junior. He then went back in the gym the day after to pull a 300kg deadlift

Member 1519, 1476 posts SQ 320, BP 260, DL 320 900.0 kgs @ 117kgs Eq	Was a good comp, some very good lifting Nash's lifting was awesome, nice guy too Tony did well, If he does the all Englands I reckon he could be getting close to a 680kg total at least I'm pretty happy with how I did, 25kg more on bench then last year, 40kg more on deadlift and I didn't bomb this year lol

Referees were Kevin Green National,Pete Fortey National and yours truly.MC was Richard Parker and platform manager was Matthew Parker.Food provided by Mrs Parker.Well done to all that lifted.
