GBPF SW Powerlifting Results!

Some impressive numbers across the board, Adam Nash went over 900kg total, and Robbie Rees hit a solid 687.5 RAW total, still as a junior. He then went back in the gym the day after to pull a 300kg deadlift

Thanks Alistair! Adam Nash and Robbie Rees were awesome. My own performance was very average- hope to do better next year.

yup. 80kg more then last yr's SW.

In 10 years time I'm on track to totalling 800kg more... I expect nothing less then a 1432.5kg total.

With that sort of total you MIGHT make selection for the GBPF squad sessions!

Nash's lifting was awesome, nice guy too

Tony did well, If he does the all Englands I reckon he could be getting close to a 680kg total at least

I'm pretty happy with how I did, 25kg more on bench then last year, 40kg more on deadlift and I didn't bomb this year lol
