My ITB bands are now loosey goosey, and they are great for getting a deep tissue massage in your quads. I also find them good for lower back tension. Warning, they hurt like f**k when you first start to use them (especially on lower body), but you soon get used to it  Mines about ready for replacement (it's no longer perfectly round to say the least), but I'll gladly stump us £25 a year for the relief they provide. | ||
