well, all that s**t is connected , i think the quads attach to it, so rolling them badboys may ease stuff up

Nothing will help him Boar ,it would be best all round if he was just put to sleep.I dont like to see a dumb animal in pain.

I use a piece of pvc pipe, a mate "found" at a building site

works wonders on DOMS, nips a bit when your doin it, but you get used to it

I've used one since my physio attempted to give my ITB bands a rub down a year ago - it was one of the single most painful experiences of my life.

I quickly got a roller from the link that Boar gave you and it's been a god send.

My ITB bands are now loosey goosey, and they are great for getting a deep tissue massage in your quads.

I also find them good for lower back tension.

Warning, they hurt like f**k when you first start to use them (especially on lower body), but you soon get used to it Grin

Mines about ready for replacement (it's no longer perfectly round to say the least), but I'll gladly stump us £25 a year for the relief they provide.

i would definetly say the foam roller on the quads and hamstring are brutal but effective

well if my back is tight or sore from a sesh a good roll helps recovery and just eases the whole area , i dont really use mine properly but it can help get rid of all sorts of s**t
