Slice a chicken breast through the middle, so you have two flat parts. Stuff the inside with your favourite cheese, brie works well. Fold the chicken flats on top of each other like a sandwich. Wrap the whole deal in bacon strips. Brush with some butter, slam it in the oven. Serve with low carb veggies.

I do this but replace the cheese with favourite sausage meat. Also nice to eat cold when sliced

This! People make this s**t too hard.
Also why would you EVER use chicken breast in a meal you want to be high in fat? Use fatty meat!

Because I get 5 kg of chicken for £10 off one of my sponsors each week then just it oily fish have fatty meats twice a week but I pay full price for that

Bit of a scenario changer that. Good deal

Make little chicken and chorizzo omlettes, can also add whatever veg is laying about if you want to increase your veg intake without really noticing

Stir fry chicken, chorizo and whatever veg, add eggs. Takes no time

Agreed, chicken breast is expensive and about the most tasteless things you can eat.
If you want high protein and high fat and insist on chicken use the stuff with the skin on
Much better with a bug lump of slow cooked lamb, you dont even need to do anything to it. Put it in in the morning on low, come home at night and its falling apart tender. Rolled shoulder is superb for this

Let me get this right. I love lamb. I'm lazy. I have a slow cooker. I don't need to do ANYTHING to it?

1 chicken breast
2 rashers of bacon (or 3 if using streaky)
Some olive oil (I use chilli infused)
Seasoning (salt, pepper garlic)

Put all of the above in a food processor and blend

Make two fat patties and grill or fry

Lovely Happy

No such thing as a stupid question mate.

Yes, add water to cover. I always throw in a sliced onion too but I love onion. If you want the liquor a bit thicker, remove the lid 20 mins before serving.
