im 6ft on the nose, about 135kgs just now and havnt had a decent training sesh in about a month.

I disagree entirly on the "natural" competitors don't get much over 105. Ive been over 105 since I was about 17, playing rugby to the edge of international level (ie not unfit)

A lot to do with genetics and Diet.

People who think they cant get to my weight natural just have a s**te diet.

Thats an impressive transformation.

"Hard-Gainer" is a myth, its just "Under-eater" and a most times Under sleeper aswell.

You should avoid talking in absolutes, there are plenty of folk who are never going to reach that kind of bodyweight and there are very few that are going to do it without gaining a level of bodyfat that is not acceptable to them in terms of overall health, aesthetics and relative strength.

im fairly sure I could get to 120kg pretty easy at 5'8 but id be a f**king fat blob. no point in gaining weight for weights sake if you see no benefit in performance. gaining quality size naturally takes time.

I don't think it is, my flatmate eats very nearly as much as me and is 5 ft 10, 80 kg and about 8 % bodyfat. He is never gonna be 90 kg clean, he couldn't even get that fat. Some people have the metabolism of humming birds

he needs to eat more then or a different macro breakdown, but most probably both.

Your body adapts, and when it adapts u need to change something.

and im not saying eating kfc 24/7 to just put on scale weight. I mean over a long period of time and with BIG clean eating. Id say at 6ft, anyone should be able to hit 18-20 stone naturally and in decent shape with respects to strength/aestitics etc..
