I disagree entirly on the "natural" competitors don't get much over 105. Ive been over 105 since I was about 17, playing rugby to the edge of international level (ie not unfit) A lot to do with genetics and Diet. People who think they cant get to my weight natural just have a s**te diet. | ||

I mean over a long period of time and with BIG clean eating. Id say at 6ft, anyone should be able to hit 18-20 stone naturally and in decent shape with respects to strength/aestitics etc.. | ||
