Squats felt good though had a couple of problems with the bar rolling up my back so chalked it up and it was better. Deadlifts felt ok i wanted to go heavier today but lower back hasnt recovered so left it there.

How does the bench routine feel so far mate? Everything upto the 5x5 was pretty easy for me, 4x4 challenging and then the rest brutal!

Yeah feels pretty good cheers Rob, just finished second week so i guess its to be expected. See what you mean about the 4x4, also the 3x3 looks optimistic already Unhappy!

Good session, got a quick video of box squats just for Boar. I really pulled the deadlifts fast today. A set every minute too.

I met a couple of powerlifters in the gym and im hoping i'll be able to do a bit of training with them Happy

Oh and the belted platform deads were a bit uncomfortable getting down to the bar with my belt on, i thought i'd popped a rib at one point ala jonnywildboar Eek

190x3 is well impressive off a 5" platform mate. Great session, I expect PBs all round in the next few weeks!

The close grips were a lot easier at the gym with my training partner helping unrack the bar.
