Bench Press tonight:

85kg:


87.5kg (stalled on way up):


82.5kg (tried to do a slight pause):


None were paused enough though and was a shakey on a couple. Anyway see what you think am i doing anything wrong? i am so bad at bench pressing Angry

Nice one on posting more vids - the pause on the 82.5 was definitely long enough mate.

I think you would benefit from stronger triceps primarily (board pressing) and think some speed bench could quite probably help as well. Olly and Adam would probably recommend tucking your elbows a bit more.

Good work though mate! Hammer the triceps and your bench will go up up up!

Looking good mate. Rob has it spot on, hammer your triceps, board presses or even just good old fashioned close grip bench (not too close mind) but done heavily.

On your form, I think you should try and work on a lateral arch (ie at the shoulders rather than at the lower back), try pinning your shoulder blades together before you bench and really get those shoulders stable and back into the bench. You'll cut your rom, save your shoulders and feel much more stable.

Inzer belt on...

220 x 1 PB

I dont know why a went for a PB on deadlifts, i just felt good tonight.

I got it on vid as well so will post that tonight.
