Now i know theres a couple of threads about creatine in the nutrition section already but they are discussions as to whether it works or not.

What i want to know is if someone can reccomend me a creatine. Im coming towards the end of a tub of BSM No-Explode which i got cheap in Florida and have been impressed with.

Is there other products cheaper that are as good or is it worth forking out for some more?

I don't use creatine but you can buy the NO-Xplode ingredients seperately from bulk suppliers and make yourself up the same product for much cheaper.

Oh and mix it in gatorade for the trace minerals NO-Xplode has (i.e. potassium).

I'm not sure if some of the board sponsors do bulk powders, if so order from them (I ordered a case of chalk from strengthshop.co.uk last week myself), otherwise I find bulkpowders.co.uk have the best service and products.

You only really need creatine, arginine and taurine, the other stuff they put in it will have a marginal effect (i.e. none). Add half a teaspoon of sea salt, mix in gatorade and you'll have a much better solution than the vast majority of branded NO2 products.

I think if you get creatine monohydrate it doesn't get to your muscles as creatine, but creatine ethyl ester aparently does, so I have read... Roll-Eyes however I also know that red meat, fish and pork/ham contain plenty of creatine, and if you eat enough of these foods then you might not see any difference with supplementing creatine. I'm not sure how factual what I just typed is, but I have heard this from a few separate sources.
