Squats felt weak today. I probably could have gotten a third rep on 160 but it would have been a terrible rep. Did the GHR's to really target my hamstrings.

Unbelievably happy/relieved to have gotten the deadlift pb. It had been on my mind all week after last weeks appalling deadlift session. Having looked at the video of me pulling the deadlift i was told that I needed to improve the strength in the middle part of my back hence the bent over rows. A video of the lift will hopefully follow soon.

Strict press went as planned after a minor hiccup on the first set. Was only going to do 3 sets of 2 but had to do 4 sets to make sure I go the work in. Pretty happy with close grip today as well.
