Very tiring session today, lasted just over 2 hours. Cleans are now starting to come along nicely. I now feel very confident about cleaning 80kg with good technique. The only reason I missed 100 is because of my mental approach going into the lift. I will definitely get it next week though. Was told to man up and squat by the people there so did some back squats. I didn't have my belt with me so had to do without. Somehow I managed to add 5kg to my 2rm without my belt. I guess that's what happens when there are 10 people there shouting at you to get the rep. I guess that it also shows that I've probably been coasting a bit with my training. All in all very happy with today's session and will be back next week to get that 100kg clean.

What looks like a good session on paper, was actually a bit disappointing really. The deadlifts came up much slower than I would have liked and on a couple of the pulls the bar was a good few inches away from my shins. May have to reconsider whether or not to go for a 220 deadlift next week. I feel that my clean technique is coming on very well. The rep with 90 felt good. The first attempt I failed on 100 was because I tried to drop under the bar before I had properly finished the lift. On the second attempt I just had no energy left. So all in all a bit disappointing but I guess it was to be expected after the series of sessions I had been having up until this point.

Smashing session today, very happy with the 100kg c&j. Snatch is nearly there, just need to work on my shoulder flexibility so that I can full snatch it rather than just power snatch it. The 70 didn't miss by much. Only singles on the front squats today as I squatted heavy yesterday. Can definitely beat my pb of 125 if I'm fresh and use my belt.

Finished the session there due to very bead elbow pain. Day off tomorrow, might delay the max effort deadlift for when my elbows feel good rather than going for it on Saturday. Still amazed that I got 95 x 3 tbh with how bad my elbows felt.
