I'm on week 6. Not doing a circuit for assistance as can't be hogging all the stuff. 180-195, anything extra is a bonus.

20kg is a big junp. In week 4 - that is after 3 actual weeks of lifting- you will have to double your current PB. I would recommend aiming at 215, then if it is easy, you can still go for a higher number in week 10
