312894 is jimmys prison number Member 402, 472 posts SQ 240, BP 180, DL 270690.0 kgs @ 113kgs UnEq | I'm using it as a recovery program I didn't train for 8 months came back and pulled 220 for a hard single so I set the program to achieve a 240 on week 9 I pulled 250 so now I have set it from 250-270 to get me back to my previous best and am currently on target for that.if all goes well and I achieve the 270 I will probably aim for 275-280 on the next cycle as that would then be a pb so probably harder to achieve | ||

I didn't follow the assistance exactly, missed out power shrugs, didn't do the exercises as a circuit and added a little extra upper back work. Instead of power shrugs I did a few reps from 12 inches, I find that starting point crazy difficult. I rate the routine, I know a couple of guys who have used it with almost no assistance and still hit there targets. | ||
