Sitting in front of me is a massive tub of smooth peanut butter, and in a moment I will get a couple of Yorkie Bars to dip into it.

Tablespoon peanut butter = 100 calories
Yorkie Bar = 367 calories each.

Sweet for a little snack at my desk. :-)

I hear all this stuff about calories and understand that the more the merrier but do calories that come from stuff like this actually help?

Remember reading on elitefts something about eating the American equivalent of a mars bar every hour for a day as a way to gain weight and hopefully a little strength

swimmers and people like that don't eat just anything

Last year i was on a mad mission to get big. I ate anything and everthing and did get big but it was mostly fat - when i then decided to go on a cut i quickly found out that around 80-90% of my gains were fat.

I then dieted down to what i started at and have now gained around 4-5kg of muscle with minimal fat gains from a mostly clean diet.

yes i work at nestle york and make choclate bars for 12 hours most days of the year carl

would not condon it for health reasons but atleast the ppl eating the bars (with or without peanut butter) are keeping me in a job for now.

and chris next time i come to the olly gym and your there i will bring ya a box from our shop

don't see the point in adding s**t (fat) bodyweight for the sake of it just so you can weigh a certain amount.
