a PB is a PB ! Member 539, 1086 posts | Sitting in front of me is a massive tub of smooth peanut butter, and in a moment I will get a couple of Yorkie Bars to dip into it. Tablespoon peanut butter = 100 calories Yorkie Bar = 367 calories each. Sweet for a little snack at my desk. :-) | ||

I ate anything and everthing and did get big but it was mostly fat - when i then decided to go on a cut i quickly found out that around 80-90% of my gains were fat. I then dieted down to what i started at and have now gained around 4-5kg of muscle with minimal fat gains from a mostly clean diet. | ||
