No wonder you squat is s**t Are you familiar with Macdonalds and BK products ? I am a connoisseur and can assure you that if a quater pounder with cheese from Macdonalds has the following stats - http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/nutrition-calories/foo... then there is something amiss with the stats provided for the BK XL DBCB. I could easily eat 3 - 4 quater pounders with cheese , I really dont think I could eat 2 of the BK XL BDCB. What does this prove ? f**k all ! Want to join me and Little Lee in a race to 180k squat ?

Member 829, 146 posts SQ 260, BP 220, DL 260740.0 kgs @ 121kgs UnEq | if you want to be big quick i would recommend huge quantities of food spread over 6-8 meals including weightgainer and good shakes......on the other hand this requires at least 2hrs high intensity workouts everyday and i mean high intensity old skool body punishment if you wanna get big you must eat big i went from 12st6lb boxer in 2005 into bodybuilder of a natural 19 1/2 stone 2009 thats 4 years of heavy training and equally heavy eating 7stone in 4/5 yrs .if your drug free like me there is no option but to use food as your fuel naturally taking in more calories the heavier you are ,but be prepared to get your ass in the gym as if it were your second home!!!!

Member 194, 3976 posts | Given the cheese and meat (loose term) in a BK burger i could well belive it. However not all protien is equal, however the BK burgers are the nicest so ignore me and eat as many of them as possible!
