but my buddy heard from a guy, who is dating a Thai chick who does the nails for a bodybuilder- apparently there is some sort magic pills that helps him put 10kg on his cheat curl and 15 kg on his block deadlift (above knees) in 4 weeks! How do I get hold of some of that? Keep in mind I just want to look jacked like Bruce Lee and don't want to get too big, like those unhealthy powerlifters you see lifting stones and stuff on TV.

What an interesting anecdote! How about you come down and ask them yourself at the weekend! We can dress you in a superb Royal Blue T-Shirt and put you in the centre of the action as a spotter/loader!! Can’t turn that down can you Grin
