its easy when you know how Member 1823, 90 posts SQ 157.5, BP 85, DL 172.5415.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 28.01.2011 @ 22:57 PM by Nagamooto I was deciding betwee the CF375,475 and Bodysolid F430 a few months ago and posted a lot of questions on an American Bodybuilding forum about them.I got a lot of advice from people. Almost everyone said not to bother with the CF375 and many said the build quality of the CF475 was better, but not much. I haven't seen the CF475 myself, so I can't say for certain if this is true. I was advised to put in a bit more money and get the Bodysolid F430, which I did. I really like the F430, but it does have its drawbacks: it has one set of hooks and you need to purchase a second set if you want to rest your barbell on the front. The chin up bar does not have any knurling on it (which would have been helpful). It is not tall enough to do standing presses in. The benefits are: it is a very heavy duty rack. It's solid. The pins are easy to change and adjust the support heights. It has a lifetime warranty. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase. Powerhouse fitness are always having sales and you can haggle with them a bit on price if you call them. There was a discount code floating around the internet which did work, but I can't find it anywhere anymore and don't remember what it was (5% or 10%?).

sumo ?? no ! no ! Member 1399, 557 posts | I have a CF475 and it's a top rack, can't go wrong with it. Only thing I'd add to what's been said is take care to lay it all out before you put it together, it's really easy to bolt the uprights together when they're facing the wrong way. Don't over-tighten the bolts either because the steel will bend far too readily: one of my uprights has a concave bit at the top after I did that.

Juice loose aboot this hoose Member 1401, 3962 posts SQ 160, BP 107.5, DL 210477.5 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | Cheers guys. Advice taken on board. And Pablo, I doubt Ill ever be squatting more than 300kg, never mind 340kg. I wont do any deadlifts in the cage, just on the floor or from blocks. Also not that bother about the weight stack, waste of money in my opinion.
