Can anyone advise as to the events and details, just a few details unsure off despite watching the video.

This is what I believe if to be so far:

LOG PRESS 120K FOR REPS, 75 SECS (Fat Log)

FARMERS WALK 130K EACH 25METRE TURN & BACK (Suitcase)

AXLE DEADLIFT 275K FOR REPS, 75 SECS (Olympic Bar, Standard Height)

TYRE FLIP 10 FLIPS TIMED (Weight ????)

ATLAS STONES 110 - 160K STONES (5in Total) (To What Height)

495.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq		those clips were from random comps, im not sure if that is the kit we'll be using. if its the same kit as we used at londons last year (laurence ran it) the farmers were suitcases, the tyre was 380kg (I think?) and the logs were 13".

agreed. Lawrence runs great comps, so this should be a cracker. Would not be suprised if the stones were too a flat bed, that has been the case on previous years at Londons

All just specualtion though. If someone has his no. PM it me and I will phone him, if Tony has not done so already
