Had to stop here, dropping the 70kg on the floor while holding it jarred me and gave me a motherf**ker of a headache. Sorry for leaving early guys, I'm not a pussy with pain (I've done a set of 110 squats ffs) but this was un-workable and nowt productive was gonna happen.
From now on all weights will be Sugden Slammed.

Good going mate, dont worry about the headache, you've had some pretty f**king consitent trainings dude!
A lot of work has been done and i (who am not even a regular) noticed some clear progress already. Like we said you need to bang on those front squats and power cleans and then just watch a 20/30k progression in your c&j, just around the corner really.

Not updated in ages, didn't do any lifting for a while. Been at it again for a while now though, not logging it, but it's been assorted squats, pullups, bench, dips etc.
