Thursday was 280 box American squat in briefs, followed by 240x8 tng dead. today at the warehouse axle x sulking like a b**ch log 1 motions 80x8 prowler punishment 4x10 lengths -this f**ked me up stone to very high 80 2x8 ghr xhamstring cramp chins x not many - too fat. it was worth the trip to see brownbears awesome axle pb followed by jays even more awesome dancing skills and to see daz's polish hating. also some crazy benching from big Jay. | ||
