I was told the log is 72 but I think its lighter, I'll call it at 60 for the time being.

Thursday was 280 box American squat in briefs, followed by 240x8 tng dead.

it was worth the trip to see brownbears awesome axle pb followed by jays even more awesome dancing skills and to see daz's polish hating. also some crazy benching from big Jay.
