 'Looks like Ben Affleck according to Pagan' Member 876, 2506 posts SQ 220, BP 140, DL 260620.0 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq | Nowt special but pleased to have got this as I haven't trained overhead for 6 weeks now due to shoulder injuries, but some rest and rehab (thanks Shamrock) seems to have sorted it out. Did plenty of volume before this so fingers crossed I'm not too far away from a long standing goal of 100kgs strict. | ||
