Looking at the sumo work you have been doing should have a good carry over onto the conventional pull

All been well but still need to send my form off, my deads are very hit and miss at the moment. Im hoping on a decent bar I can pull something respectable.

Will we see a 200 bench from you on the day?

Felt good,been training with a 30mm bar on squats but the last two weeks reverted to a 29mm and found it great.Also positioned my belt higher giving me more support.

Trained at the farm, took me ages to find but a nice little setup and trained with Massive off here.

Bench - Nice eleiko bar but they didnt have a proper bench so used an adjustable one from the racks which wasnt ideal
