Not sure, I thought it would be much later this year but I reckon I could get a half decent total pretty soon. Not got much idea of what's coming up, I'll take a look!

Ta lads, yeh I get what you mean it is addictive. I ran the intense phase but found it too much running it on squat and bench and trying to fit it around work.
