I don't doubt that you're right Bryn but the OP did specifically state BDFPA, the rules are not exactly the same.

You can sew across them but you cannot sew the new end bit back down to the body of the strap a this is considered double ply.Harder to describe without being able to draw it Unhappy

In a small speedboat in the middle of Lake Windermere. No audience to smirk if she'd said no, no witnesses to me throwing her overboard if he had done either.

Married 16 years.

Ive lost 24 kgs recently. Most of my onditioning has been HIIT work on the cross trainer. I've also done plenty of tabata intervals on the cross trainer too. The interval work has taxed me greatly and adversely affected my strength but that's not my priority atmo. I do 5 sessions every 8 days, 30 mins HIIT and 30 mins steady walking on the treadmill (HR 110-120 range). I walk my dogs for an hour 5x per 8 days too.

Another big part of my weight loss has been the fact that I have drastically reduced the amount of s**te that I eat. I still eat 3,000kcals+ on most days, I'm 112 kgs and don't feel that I need to eat less than this.

I'm not suggesting that my regimen is one of the better ones, it suits me and that's all that matters.

I ordered a pair of Hercules wrist wraps on Thursday. On Friday I got a call saying that the Hercules were out of stock and would I accept a free upgrade to the Zeus wraps with a guarantee that they would take them back if I didn't like them. They arrived this morning.

Brilliant customer service in an age when most businesses think that customers are merely people to be fleeced.

P.s the wraps are great too !
