5'7" You're taking the piss ! 4'9" on a good day. Still got those nice deep fast squats mate. What the hell has happened to your overheads ? Is your back still bothering you ? I couldn't have imagined you ever using a belt much less with a sub 200 kgs weight. What are you front squatting these days and are you still going to be competing at Mytholmroyd ?

You do realise that the Atlas stones platforms are rather high don't you? What does Dave reckon to your possible defection to Strongman and has it caused Fast Ed to swear at you ?

Woohoo ! Top ten in the 2,000m despite Boar giving me 7:26 instead of 7:24. How could you do that to me Boarski, it was the closest I've ever been to an athletic endurance event. P.s does falling asleep during a shag make it an athletic endurance event ? If it does, scratch the last part of the above statement.

Still doing vocational courses through work despite my great age (48). I don't need them for my present job but they exercise my mind and would come in handy if I was ever made redundant.

2,000m 7:24 I was fitter then I've never timed the other distances and never rowed further than 5k in one go. JT's times are ridiculous, the man's an animal |
