If you or a mate can weld, you can make a telegraph key plate loaded machine in minutes using angle iron. I've made 4 for friends at a total cost of about 6 welding rods.

I know sod all about horse racing, so bear with me.

Are there no big money jump races (other than the National)? If there are, surely it'd be worth trying to breed line of good jumping horses.

If there aren't, feel free to tell me to shut the phuck up.

Starting weight 134.1 kgs Todays weight 125.5 kgs

A good, consistent but unspectacular training week. 6 garage sessions( 3 heavy, 3 light), 5 cardio sessions and 45 holes of golf. The diet hasn't been particularly good but there's been no chocolate or baked goods. I'll definitely take a 1kg/week weight loss leading up to the comp.

Thanks Paul. Do you ever do reps on pinch work i.e repeatedly lifting and weight from the floor and replacing it (like a normal dumbell row or similar). I just wonder why people seem to do pinches for time, not for reps but they normally do gripper work for reps.
