Welcome!

Thanks all for the warm welcome!

THING: I competed in the Dumfries comp last sep/oct time? Mr Murray ran it, Viking Press, Car deadlift, Conans wheel, medley and stones. Managed to come third in the medley too! 130kg cross carry - 25m.... then 100kg farmers - 25m...... then a killer 250-300kg chain drag! The guy who won the whole event was called Snedz i think!
AvatarJoni
aye, snedz is in the scotlands strongest man finals this saturday as well!

Hey man. I was in the Dumfries comp too. Didn't pull up any trees but finished just ahead of Joni.

Your deadlifting at the Unit 20 comp was so impressive that I thought your pull from regular height might be even higher than it is.
AvatarSteBaker
My offical competition pull is 265kg, but ive several times gone for 272.5kg and missed it by yanking it up! If i focus trained it, id probably be able to pull 285kg i think. Ive also hack deadlift 260kg with ease, and on 2" Axle ive deadlifted around 250kg thumbless and beltless! not bad for a little one! Ive managed to bench 150kg out of comp too with a pause, but i had an accident a year ago benching and haven't done much of it recently!
