Ben, my short term goal is to put some weight on. 95 morning weight would be good. Currently 89. Long term, I want to pull 280 in the suit and squat 220 in wraps. No plans for bench. | ||

It works very well and you don't really need that tight a suit to get decent carry over. It makes the whole experience an enjoyable one. I actually don't mind the squat suit and would definitely wear one if I were to compete equipped. 220 wraps only is a little target of mine though. It's the bench shirt that I dislike. Nothing about shirted benching is fun. | ||

Very happy with my 'unequipped' 205kg at 88kg BW. | ||
