Ben, my short term goal is to put some weight on. 95 morning weight would be good. Currently 89. Long term, I want to pull 280 in the suit and squat 220 in wraps. No plans for bench.

You seem to be rather well suited to it. None of that looked in any way difficult. Am I right in thinking that you will pull in a suit but squat without one ?
I enjoyed suited squats and sometimes almost miss them, but suited deadlifts were (for me) a truly horrible experience.
Suited deadlift only though perplexes me.

Suited sumo pulling is easy Pete. It works very well and you don't really need that tight a suit to get decent carry over. It makes the whole experience an enjoyable one.
I actually don't mind the squat suit and would definitely wear one if I were to compete equipped. 220 wraps only is a little target of mine though.
It's the bench shirt that I dislike. Nothing about shirted benching is fun.
