Set up looks solid to me, I think it's just the combination of training touch n go and the fact that bar is quite bendy. So you're not getting much action at the bottom end.

ok, would a bar with more bend not help in that i already get a few inches of raising my hips and in a mechanically stronger position before the resistance digs in?

the bars at the moment in monster gym are a real pain as the only ones that arent bent are ones which have a lot of flexibility to them

What I'm saying is that when you're doing touch n go reps, you bring it down to where the plates touch the floor but obv you're in a higher position with the bendy bar. So the plates touch the floor sooner.

So not only is it touch n go but touch n go with a bent bar for less range of motion. So a double whammy there against building up the bottom end.

just start doing every rep from the floor. you look to start good with your first rep then it goes funny with the touch and go's. your hips stay higher after each rep.

IMO the bar is slightly too far infront of you at the start of the lift. Notice in the 220 video that as you start pulling, the bar moves towards your shins before it moves up. You ideally want to start with it in the position it is when it comes off the floor, after it has moved towards you (if that makes sense!)
So the hips should be slightly higher and already feel the tension in your hamstrings before you pull

Just deadlift some more, add in some logical assistance movements ie low block pulls, some DF and SLDL. Continue to work on tech. Job done.

Think its most Probs a technique issue then judging by what you said about your body type and quad dominance I would have thought your speed off the floor would have been good may just be something as simple as breathing technique wrong mental ques at the beginning of the lift or even a tight belt so many variables which is half the fun of powerlifting
Out of interest what's head head position like at the beginning of the pull for me personally if I'm lucking up my pull off floor isn't as strong and when I'm looking a few feet infant of the bar

Can a tight belt cause an issue?

I am really slow off the floor and have my belt as tight as I can get it.

Yep, I pulled second pin on the lever belt for Squats. First pin (or none at all) for Deads. Gives me that extra couple inches of slack for an easier pull.

Doesn't a loose(er) belt mean your s**t will get all snapped up on the heavy lifts?

It's still tight relative to the exercise, it just allows you to get into a better pull position.
