Thanks very much Kenny mate, I'd love to have a training session at osg. I like the people entering this contest and will be worth the trip.

Post Edited: 09.07.2010 @ 22:32 PM by chrisjenkins Never thought of trying that mate, 90kg for reps. Now that would be a sheer test of ball bag power lol. As of last friday 320kg is the heavyest I have been but with feet narrow arms wider on the bar and leg drive instead of my old tech with rounded back. My pull was getting slower so a chabge was needed. Before last friday had not been above 230kg raw but without any kit mate. Quick question, is the weigh on the day?

Post Edited: 09.07.2010 @ 22:10 PM by chrisjenkins last year I was about 95kgs, I have done my best lifts at 90kgs, the extra weight just slows me down. I'm about 91.7 in the mornings, I plan to clean up my diet a bit more in the coming weeks. I'm a sad f**ker, I dont drink alcohol and eat a lot of calories at the moment just to make it through my judo/bjj sessions. I used to shoot for 50g of protein every 2 hours. I stayed with my mate Flex Lewis in Reno back in 2007 and he suggested I try 50. I ended up gaining weight but looking bloated. I now find 25-30g a bit easyer to digest and shoot for that. I have moved up and down weight classes, even making 82.5kg and getting back up to 86kg to total 875kg. I think my natural weight is 90kg bang on so I aim for that but as lean and comp as possible mate.

Post Edited: 09.07.2010 @ 21:50 PM by chrisjenkins Cheers Becks/Boar. Thanks to you I have a lifetime of judo dvd's to watch. I would say from what I know Boar, Tony, Kenny etc would be the more experienced athletes with a better angle to win. Top five I will be happy if not still be worth it as its good training for my judo comp late september and Mark Clegg is a s**t hot bloke, who will run an excellent comp. More people needed like Boar, Tony etc to encourage people to enter. Crop top ready, cheesy 80's music ready, best of the best dvd ready to watch pre contest......

JC said: Bit of rage, thats what I like to see The best guy ON THE DAY won, simple as Woods picks the events for UKs and its his equipment, so I would expect him to win that too If UKs was 3 static events, 2 moving events & heavy stones he would not win that IMO* *This is not me f**king moaning, or slagging of Woods, it is my f**king opinion, which I am entitled to view on a DISCUSSION forum Thank you & Kisses Was this a money comp? LOL JOKE
